The Millomat on NDR
TREFFLER Milling machinery customer Gut Büstedt opened the farm's own grain mill with attached seminar bakery in October 2021. Now the NDR was a guest of the Schwartzkopff family and was able to provide some insights into the farm's own grain mill. Among other things, they reported on the grinding process in the Millomat and the quality of the grain.
Thanks to the gentle, modern milling process of the TREFFLER Millomat, the ground grain experiences only the most necessary friction to become flour. It is heated only minimally and the important nutrients are thus preserved in the flour.
