Precise cut with 3 rollers

The first closed roller turns over the plants or stubble in the travel direction. The two rollers that follow cut using Hardox steel knives at a right angle to the travel direction. So that the gap between cuts remains constant, the two rollers are connected by a chain. This means that the knives of both rollers are always offset to one another.

Pressure roller

The pressure roller folds down the plants or stubble in the direction of travel. The following knife rollers then cut the plant residues lengthwise.

Knife roller

The two following rollers cut crosswise to the direction of travel with Hardox steel knives. To ensure that the distance between the cuts always remains the same, the rollers are connected by a chain.

Steering yoke

The steering yoke supports the steerability of the front implement, especially at high driving speeds.

Ballasting

The optional ballasting of up to 24 weights of 22 kg each allows you to increase the weight of the machine. This allows you to adapt the operation to your conditions.
