High-quality flakes for healthy muesli or as decoration. Whatever the flaked (pseudo) cereal is to be used for: With the Flakomat, the outstanding food quality is retained. With a grinding degree of 1 to 16, the Flakomat produces the best flakes in a gentle process. Thanks to aspiration, our flaking plant is absolutely dust-free and is even self-cleaning, due to the adjustable scraper plates.

Treffler Mühlentechnik - Flockieranlage Flockomat

Maximum nutritional content. Naturally.

Fresh flakes contain all nutrients and vitamins of the feed material. The Flakomat crushes your product freshly and evenly. The two profiled rollers of the Flakomat are driven at a ratio of 1:1 and therefore ensure evenly flaked cereals. The extraction system ensures 100% dust-free flakes. The width of the gap between the rollers can be set infinitely variably between 0 mm and 5 mm.

In addition, the automatic flaking machine is self-cleaning thanks to adjustable stainless steel scraper plates. Full and empty indicators shut the Flakomat down as required, so that continuous monitoring of the machine is not necessary. The food-safe hopper is equipped with a magnetic separator and the flaker is made of stainless steel.

In addition, the Shrotomat is self-cleaning thanks to adjustable stainless steel scraper plates. Full and empty indicators shut the Shrotomat down as required, so that continuous monitoring of the machine during operation is not necessary. The food-safe hopper is equipped with a magnetic separator and the housing of the Shrotomat is made of stainless steel.
